Our Story

Fat Bottom Crawfish is a locally owned and operated food service. We started out by making weekly runs to Louisiana for live crawfish with small orders from our family and friends. Somehow, within 1 year, this fun idea grew into a full fledged business operation by word of mouth with us receiving orders from people all over Cooke County. We now proudly deliver live crawfish and jumbo gulf shrimp to our surrounding areas for personal parties and business events.

As well as our delivery service, we also proudly operate Gainesville's Fat Bottom Crawfish food truck at the Gainesville Farmer's Market. We offer a variety of Cajun inspired dishes that you can expect to be original, savory, and fresh.
